If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you can return or exchange the items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure that the condition of the product(s) fully complies with our return policy:
Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivered date.
Items must be unused, unwashed and with original packaging.
All products must be returned in their original packaging.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the products while they are in your possession and we may refuse to request a return, exchange or refund if that is the case.
You must notify us if a defective, damaged or incorrect product is received within 2 days of receipt.
In the event that a product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent, we may send a replacement or other product or refund you a full refund by available means. In any case, you must return defective, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition that they were sent
Refunds
Once we receive your item, it will be checked for the reason for the return.
Refunds are only on the value of the products. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Subject to the above cases, we will refund the money upon receipt of the returned/exchanged items, excluding any delivery charges you paid for the order. In the event that we receive a return; If there is a defect but the defect is not confirmed during the inspection, the product will be sent back and shipping costs will be added.
